Dragon’s Rule

Purple smoke from snorted breath
Fiery flames burn life to death
Claws extend, pointed knives
This fearsome beast plays with lives
Like a scaly cat, with people mice
Then crunching bones in fang filled vice
So enter not this darkened den
A bone filled hole of eaten men
Of those who tried, but found a fool
To try and end the dragon’s rule
